Sonia brings 30+ years of investment and private banking experience across Asia Pacific. She led fixed income advisory at Standard Chartered, Bank of Singapore, and Barclays Private Bank, and is recognized for delivering tailored solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients. She also held senior roles heading Fixed Income at Société Générale and Natixis.

Russell has 35+ years in Asia’s financial industry, with deep expertise in risk, compliance, and governance. He has held senior roles at Arowana Asset Management, ICAP, and Woori Global Markets, and earlier spent 13 years at Jardine Fleming in Hong Kong and Tokyo. He ensures robust regulatory frameworks and internal controls, safeguarding clients through integrity and transparency.

Cesare brings 15+ years driving growth and transformation for entrepreneur-led businesses worldwide. He specializes in business value creation, IPO and M&A readiness, and post-merger integration, with cross-border experience spanning Europe, the US, Brazil, and Asia. Previously with KPMG and Value Partners, he also serves as Managing Director of Typhoon Consulting in Hong Kong.

Joan has 15+ years in global financial services, having built her career at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in London and New York. She has supported hedge funds and institutional clients with prime brokerage, execution, and reporting.
